Do not use this company! I ordered a voice recording of my father who had passed away to give to my children this Christmas. I tested it when it came in and it was fine. I wrapped it and when my children opened it and scanned the code the recording was someone else singing!!!! The present was ruined along with part of our Christmas when I had to explain what it should have been and on top of that the company is refusing a refund because the item “works when they scan it”! Zero stars!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
