The beginning of this interaction began positively but when I was ready to start placing orders I sent a very detailed and specific request. It was disregarded. Never got even an answer to what I was asking to see if they were capable of doing. The request was sent privately as well as was dismissed. Disappointed. I did proceed with my order even though it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. It arrived yesterday and just as I thought, although nice, it fell short by what I was asking for. If they only reached out even with providing my personal cellphone number this gift could’ve exceeded my expectations. This will be my last purchase from this shop. I’ll have to source another vendor to complete my corporate gift request. Thanks. Hopefully they read this and understand that customer service is key for repeat business.
